We had a single room, which was perfect and luxury. We had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware. The location was excellent and exceptionally nice, right by the metro station and the Colosseum, Termini and the bus stop and easily accessible. The staff was excellent, always on hand when needed.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day - they even put our shoes in the closet! And the view to the backyard was also very nice:)

The location was perfect: within reasonable walking distance from the main sights and close to a subway station.
The safe in the room did not work. I mentioned to the staff about it but it was not fixed during my several days' stay there. The breakfast was very modest; just a cup of coffee or capuccino in the bar next door.

Nice hotel that has good and magnificent location near to the centre. What a helpful and exceptionally nice staff! Luxury guest room with your own bathroom. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Location short walk to the Trevi Fountain as well as the Coliseum. For tea or coffee visit Bar Trani nearby. Perfectly pleasant stay, as always.

Clean, tidy rooms, near to metro station.
There was a confusion on the hotel side with the location of the room. We had to move back and forth for 2 hours.

We had a fantastic stay at Ad Hoc Domus. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Termini station, restaurants, and the Coliseum. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good mattress. We also appreciated the free coffee from Nespresso in the morning. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. We were also pleased to find electrical scooters and bicycles available for rent nearby, making it easy to explore the city. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the bathroom was located outside of our room, which was a bit inconvenient.
